NOTABLUST KO-FI TERMS OF SERVICE

Alright, since this was heavily recommended to me, I guess I should write all the legal mumbo jumbo that you have to acknowledge before buying any tiers I think...

WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU SIGN UP

When you purchase a tier, you obtain access to special Discord channels inside of the BLUSTYCORD (you have to join and have Ko-fi connected to your account to get this) where you get to talk to others and be special as you get this little permission called "Bypass Slowmode" for any channel, however, if you abuse this, you can face the consequences of moderation at its finest :)

Another benefit you get is Notablust "sneak peeks" and early access to videos before they're released to the public! There is a clause to this, though. If you share any material without explicit permission from me, I am obligated to terminate your access to these materials. I make videos for you for fun, and if my content is shared without permission, I get sad and it hurts my feelings (overexaggerated but I think it’s literally illegal)

Additionally with this, you can get your name at the end of the video! How awesome :steamhappy:

The only data that I will share from you is your display name, and the other details is to Ko-fi, which is probably your email address or something, but I don’t plan on touching those ever. Your display name would be going at the end of the video :P

REFUND POLICY

You are entitled to refunds only up to 72 hours after purchasing Tiers 1-3. Tier 4 can be refunded only during the first billing period, but you cannot refund after the monthly billing period. If you have been noted to be leaking private materials that have been only
accessible by purchase, you are not eligible for a refund with any tier, as you broke my terms. If you get angry with me for this, you had the opportunity to read my terms and you didn’t. These are the consequences of sharing my material illegally.
